All right. I call to order this meeting of the Board of Public Works this Monday December 29th of 2025.
We are meeting here in person and the council chambers at City Hall and we also have a zoom link on
the packet for people to join by zoom. If you are joining us by zoom and you would like to make a public
comment on
something on our agenda or during petitions and remonstrances, please use the chat function or the raised
hand function to let us know that you would like to make a comment. First up on the agenda is messages
from board members. Do we have any messages from the board today? I'd just like to wish everyone a very
happy, healthy and safe 2026. Thank you. You too.
Next, we have petitions and remonstrances. If anyone would like to make a public comment on something
that is not on our agenda today, now is the opportunity to do so. Again, if you're with us on Zoom,
you can use the raised hand function or the chat function to let us know. All right, thank you.
Next up, we have the consent agenda. We have one item on the consent agenda, and that is payroll.
Do we have any questions or comments about payroll. Seeing none any public comment on payroll.
None on zoom. Seeing none is there a motion. I move that we approve the consent agenda for today's meeting

Motion passes. Next we have new business. We have no items under new business today. Next we have staff
reports and other business. Do we have any staff reports today. No staff reports. Thank you. Next we
have approval of claims. Are there any questions from the board on claims today. Any public comments

Seeing none, is there a motion on claims? I move that we approve claims today in the amount of $3,321,039.73.
