Can I get a motion to approve the minutes from the June 24th, 2025 meeting, please? All right, I have
a motion. Is there any discussion about the minutes from June 24th? Hearing none, all in favor of those
minutes to be approved, say aye. Aye. Any opposed? That motion is successful.
Next, can I get a motion to certify that the Fire Merit Commission held their executive session to receive
information about prospective employees per state code? Can I get a motion, please? I move we certify
the executive session. Second. I have a motion and a second. That does not include the list. Okay. Yeah.
Any discussion about the executive session that was held?
Hearing none, all in favor of certifying the executive session, say aye. Aye. Any opposed? That motion
is successful. There is no old business that I'm aware of. New business. We're going to certify and
approve the hiring list for the Bloomington Fire Department that we were just presented. Can I get a
motion to adopt the hiring list as presented to the commission today? I move we approve the hiring list.

be staff reports, if there were any. Got any staff reports? I can give an update on a couple of quick
things. Swearing in Friday, two o'clock, council chambers, and then we'll also be having a
ribbon-cutting open house ceremony on October the 6th, which I'll send out invites, but that's when
we give you heads up on October the 6th for station three, which is completed. So we'll be moving into
it. We'll be moving, we're gonna go ahead and move in, but we're gonna have an official opening ceremony
on the 6th at 3.30. Station three is University Street. University Station up on Woodlawn. On Woodlawn
Street. Yes. All right. Where is that one?
Woodlawn. North of 10th. Come out of the football stadium and go south on Woodlawn and you'll drive
right past it. Yes, yeah, north of 10th Street on Woodlawn. Next to the new informatics building. Yes.
Is that all for staff reports? That's all I have. Any petitions and communications? I don't see any
