I think this is our overall recommendations. Okay, so what happened was, just to recap, at our last
meeting, there had been confusion going in with the rubrics. They were all in a shared doc, so some
of them overrobed each other. So we were able to fix it right there in the meeting and put a new doc together.
but we weren't able to get Catherine's until after at the end of the meeting because unfortunately poor
Catherine had to redo it with that mix up. And I'm so sorry. Thank you for your graciousness in getting
that to us. So we had our document and then we had Catherine's recommendations. I asked Evan to add
another tab to our document that we had been all working in to please then also see what our recommendations
did once we factored Katherine's in as our averages. So you'll see we have the May 11th meeting with
Katherine's numbers factored in there. We have the ones that we did without Katherine's numbers in there.
And then the May 11th meeting, that was, I think, the document that we started with, that we worked
off of. I still have permission to. You still don't have permission.

Catherine. The recommendations. Okay. The recommendations are a little off because whenever the new
tab was added,
the formulas were not updated to include a seventh person in the averages. So the numbers might not
match if you're seeing a difference in the numbers. Okay. So really this one that says May 11th meeting
with Catherine should be the accurate one. Yeah. And I think copy of the numbers so that they're better
off to the summary. Okay. Awesome. My apologies. No, don't it's, this was just confusing with losing
the Google sheets to, um,
Everybody just didn't get their own private link. That was the problem. But we're a flexible group.
We fixed it on the fly and kept moving. You guys, we are a good team. I appreciate all the work that
all y'all have done. So thank you. Did Catherine's
Catherine's things, is there anything offering? It doesn't look like tremendously from what I was looking
at and we're still right on budget, actually. So I figured tonight what we can do is go through each
one individually with these, our recommendations, all of ours averaged in together the recommendations
we did last week, including Catherine's recommendations and we can go through them one by one.
And make sure there's not anything in there that anybody feels strongly should go one way or another.
Does that sound like a plan? I don't think this will take too long. I think we're all fairly. The only
thing to keep in mind is Catherine is $18,000 over budget, which is my certain numbers that they're
loaded other places. Yeah, it may.
But even with all of that, it still comes in under all of our budgets. So I feel pretty good about that.
I kind of wanted to tap dance a little bit for Andy. I guess I do. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Or do you
have any to disagree with?
And you have the thing I've laid out so far for our plan. And if I did, does it make a difference? Yes,
it does. OK. I put in a new thing on AD. I took the liberty to do so, which is the difference between
the averages and what we recommended. Oh, nice. Where are you doing that? In column AD. Which spreadsheet?

Hey. Thank you. Did you alter any of your amount of recommendations between May 11th meeting and today?
No. Okay. So I just want to make sure of that. There was one that I specifically did not allot anything
to. There should be ones that had nothing, but that should be zero.
But if there's nothing else, I should funky on my own. I have one that's blank. There's one that became
a zero after the meeting. There are actually two that became a zero after the meeting. Uh-oh. For CASA
and WonderLab. Is that correct? That wouldn't change the recommended column. Did anything change on AC?
On column AC on May 11th meeting with Catherine. It does, it brings it down. Why AC? AC wouldn't necessarily
change because that's not a function, so as long as there's. Right, because I think what is an AC is
what we, unless you're aware of any changes that I mean.
No changes to that as long as that looks correct. I was just trying to average allocation and the summary
is a little off from what would have counted had those numbers have been changed. Yeah, I mean, I didn't
go back in after the meeting at all, but those zeros sound right. Strange. All right. So Andy, I was
just explaining that we're going to go through
the average allocations that we have on our, do you have this spreadsheet? Yeah. Yeah. And so we're
on the second tab. Well, you can look at either the first tab summary or May 11th meeting. If you look
at the one, the second tab, ESOC added a column that shows us the
OK, next to the recommended column, which is AC. ESOC added a column right next to it under AD that
shows us the difference between what we recommend and what the average recommendation was that we gave.
Is that the delta? Oh, that's a good idea. What? Is that the delta? Yeah, I don't have this spreadsheet.

show to the speed I bring all kinds of problems. You also bring solutions. I was going to say, or you
solve all kinds of problems. That's a problem. So our recommendations, do you want me to send it?
I got it. Yeah, we didn't go with the average amount recommended. We had discussions about what we recommend
for each one. So let's start at the top. It's not alphabetical, and that is A-OK.
So big brothers, big sisters, they had, and they recommended, they requested 25,000. Our average allocation
for what we all recommended was just under 15,000. We ended up coming in at a recommendation of 7,000.
So we were recommending almost 8,000 less
than what they requested. Does anybody have any feelings about our recommendation as we left it with
big brothers, big sisters, and they landed on 7,000? Are we still in agreement that we feel 7,000 is
appropriate? Or does anybody have anything to say about that? Nope.
So 7,000 to big brothers, big sisters of South Central Indiana. Should I, should we be putting these
like final recommendations in like the final column or just leave it as is, change it if in the column
on the doc, if we- Do you want a final? What is best practice? Final call. That may be a good idea.
Yeah. Our final recommendation call. Super. Thank you. And then that way.
We're keeping the record. Yes, my pleasure. All right, so cancer support community, South Central Indiana,
they requested 3,650. The average was 2,924, but we recommended last time, 3,650, we recommended to
give them the full amount. So we had been recommending to give them
$726 less, but we are recommending to give them that full amount after the conversation we had about
them. Any feelings that that should be otherwise? Or any questions? Okay. So cancer support, community
South Central Indiana gets their full request, stays at 3,650. Community Justice and Mediation Center
requested just under 13,000.
So we averaged a recommendation of 10,376. Yeah, 376. But we ended up recommending the full amount.
So the delta was... Oh, okay. That's cool. So full amount for CJM was what we had talked about two weeks
ago. Does anybody feel differently about CJM? Any questions?
Anybody online have any? No? Okay. So Community Justice and Mediation Center will be recommended for
$12,998. Community Kitchen of Monroe County, Inc. They requested $5,903. Their average allocation
between us came to $5,636.57. We decided the full allotment would be what we would recommend, the $5,903
for a difference of $266. Any feelings on giving Community Kitchen of Monroe County the full almost
$6,000? Any questions about how we got anywhere so far? Super, okay.
So we will recommend Community Kitchen for $5,903. Exodus Refugee Immigration Inc. requested $20,000.
The average recommendation was $14,531.71. After discussion, we landed on $18,000 as a recommendation
from the group, which is a difference of
Almost $3,500, but still less than $22,000 from what they requested. No. No. I was like, wait a minute.
That's a big number. Just leave that. I'm just going to leave that alone. OK. OK. Would you like me
to try to do the double? Well, not worth us suspending time on it. Yeah. For whatever reason, it's jumping
all around.
when you dragged the formula. Yeah, I don't know. But it's like jumping like weird ways, not like in
my... It doesn't make any sense. Yeah, so I'm very confused. So I'm gonna stop. All right, so our final
recommendation that we left it two weeks ago, or our initial recommendation, I should say, was 18,000.
Does anybody have any concerns or questions about that? Any big feelings that you wanna let out now?
So 18,000 for Exodus is what we're recommending. Hoosier Hills requested 40,000. The average recommendation
for allocation was $39,063.29. So in our conversation, we decided to recommend the full request for
$40,000. Does everybody still agree that $40,000 for Hoosier Hills is where we're at? All right.
40,000 for Hoosier Hills. Feel free to interrupt me at any time. I feel like I'm talking endlessly,
which I don't mind. Okay, my sister's closet requested 50,000. Our average recommendation was 29,400.
We settled on a initial recommendation two weeks ago of $30,000. Has anybody had a change of heart or had
a lot more on this and feel differently. Still good? Okay. So we will recommend $30,000. Now I'm keeping
in mind, oh no, that's not what I wanted to do. I am keeping in mind that if we make major changes somewhere
along the way down here, we might have to go back and make changes up above. So these aren't set yet
as our final recommendations, just where we're working for right now.
Planned Parenthood requested 7,500. We averaged our recommendations at $6,203. Ended up recommending,
granting their full request of 7,500. That's where we settled for the last time. Does everybody still
agree on Planned Parenthood 7,500? Okay.
7,500 for Planned Parenthood. Sober Mesa requested 10,000. Our average allocation for them came to $8,142.86.
We settled on a recommendation of $9,000. Has anybody reconsidered Sober Mesa or have other thoughts
or questions? Okay, 9,000 for Sober Mesa.
Summit Hill Community Development Corporation, they requested $24,980. Our average allocation recommendation
was $18,083.33. But we came in with an agreed recommendation at $24,980. So the full amount was what
we decided to try to grant. Has anybody had a change of heart? Had any questions about?
There we go, 24,980 to Summit Hill. Amethyst House requested $21,700. Their average allocation that
we recommended was $18,532.86. We ended up recommending $18,121.67. Any change of heart about that or
questions?

is our recommendation. Avalon requested $20,800. We averaged with $13,529. We ended up recommending
$13,667 even. Any change?

7,117. Somehow they came in at $7,086.81. Any questions or concerns for Beacon? All right, we're good
there then. 7,086.81 for Beacon. Bloomington.
I was going to say corporate living. Bloomington Cooperative Living requested $88,500. We averaged
recommendations at $2,142.86. This one we had a fiery debate on and ended up recommending $0 allotment
for Bloomington Cooperative Living. Anybody have any questions about how we got there or feel differently today?
Still good, okay. So zero for Bloomington Cooperative Living. Boys and Girls Club of Bloomington requested
20,000. We averaged $14,308.57. Our recommended was $14,026.67. Any questions about Boys and Girls Club
or concerns? Good, okay. So that one stays.
Courage to Change So We're Living requested $4,500. Our average allocation was $1,374.57. Our recommended
allocation went up a little bit to $1,603.67. Any feelings about Courage to Change allocation? Where
we landed on? Questions? OK. Oh, Developmental Services, Inc.
Requested $2,800. We averaged $1,984.71. We recommended $2,048.83. Any questions about that? So they're
just about $750 short of their full request. Any questions or concerns with Developmental Services? OK.
So that's the final recommendation that's going to stay for now. Girls Inc. requested $34,870. Our average
recommendation was $16,358.14. We recommended $15,751.17 after deliberation. Any changes there or questions
about Girls Inc.? OK. So $15,751.17 to Girls Inc.
Habitat for Humanity requested $14,137. Our average was $10,971. We went with a round number of $10,900.
Everybody good with that one for Habitat for Humanity? Yeah. Okay. Great. There we go. That recommendation
stays Hotels for Hope.
Requested $36,000. We averaged $18,048.29. So we came in with a flat $18,000 recommendation. Is everybody
good there with Hotels for Hope? $18,000. Yeah. Okay. That will stay. Indiana Recovery Alliance requested
$22,000. We averaged $18,681.86.
Our recommendation after discussion came in at $18,862.17. Does everybody feel good about that recommendation
for Indiana recovery lettuce? Or any questions? Okay, that stays. Starting to feel like an auctioneer.
I gotta learn to talk a lot faster. I would take community college, they requested $10,000. I'm not
speeding up. $10,000.
Our average was $7,808.57. We ended up making the recommendation of $7,776.67. Everybody good there?
Happy to keep Ivy Tech the food pantry as it is. Okay, super. So that's going to stay. Kessam at Indiana
University requested $5,000. Our average allocation recommendation was $1,505.71.
We came in at an agreement for $1,423.33. Does everybody feel still solid on that recommendation? Yeah,
Kessam stays as is. Great. Monroe County Court appointed special advocates. They requested $9,342. Our
average allocation was $5,894.07.
However, we read on a recommendation of $5,326.42. Everybody's still good with the cost of
the recommendation. No questions or concerns. Okay, great. That stays as is. Monroe County Humane Association
requested $13,000. We averaged $9,608.29. We recommended $9,476.33.
Everybody good with that recommendation? Okay, perfect, thank you. Mother Hubbard's Cupboard requested
$13,182. We recommended $12,769.07, or that was our average. Our recommendation came in at $12,730.59.
Does everybody feel good about that amount for Mother Hubbard's Cupboard? Okay, that will stay then.
New Hope requested $40,000. Our average recommendation was $34,734.71. There's a lot of 71 cents happening.
Something about splitting. We recommended a little bit higher, though, $35,190.50. Any questions or
different feelings on this? Everybody's good. OK, thank you. New Leaf, New Life.
We requested $11,142. Our average allocation came to $8,925. We ended up recommending $4 more, $8,929.20.
Is everybody good with that for the recommendation for New Leaf New Life? We're getting very close to

With Courage to Change Sober Living requested $3,225. We averaged an award of $2,313.14. We recommended
overall $2,365.33. Does everybody feel good about leaving that there? All right, super. Pantry 279 requested $12,000.
We averaged a recommendation of $11,176.14. Our recommended final came in at $11,038.83. Is everybody
good with granting that to Pantry279? All right, super. That will stay as recommended. Pathways, Inc.
requested $50,000. The average allocation that we came up with
Between ourselves was $44,114,114.80. Our finalized recommendation was $43,134. Is everybody good with
that for Pathways Inc.? We're good. Okay, super. People and Animal Learning Services requested $5,500.
We averaged a recommendation of $1,669.71.
We ended up recommending $1,581.33. Does anybody have any big changes that they would like to talk about
for PALS? Any questions? Okay, that will stay as we recommended. Stone Belt requested $5,000. We averaged
a recommendation for $3,311.43. The agreed upon recommendation was $3,196.67.
Any thoughts there? No. Great. That will stay as is. Moving on. Tandem requested $50,000. We averaged
out recommendations of $34,642.86. We agreed upon a little bit more, $35,416.67. Everybody fine with
what we're allocating for Tandem? Any questions about that? All right. Tandem will stay.
at that number. Hendricks County Child Advocacy Center requested $48,304. We averaged in our allocations
$37,396.81. Our recommendation we settled on was $37,196.27. Everybody feel good about that number.

Wheeler Mission requested $6,460. We averaged recommendations of $6,154.43. We agreed upon $6,113.50.
Any questions or concerns about the allocation for Wheeler Mission? All right. Wheeler Mission will
stay at that recommendation level. And then finally, Wonder Lab requested $14,000.
$115. The average recommendation for them was $1,000. We ended up recommending $0 for Wonderlab. Is

Okay. So that brings us to a total final recommendation allocation of $499,000,
$499,994.63. You guys, we have $5.37 left over. This is the first time that I've been on the Jack Hopkins
committee that we haven't had to request more money. So look at us staying within our budget,
coming in. Anybody have any final thoughts on any of these recommendations?

of the recommendations as listed in column AF and send this to the City Council of Bloomington, Indiana
