 have been received that's what we'll hear
 a project for the blue triple wastewater treatment plant and it's for the SCADA
 improvement of the plant. This is the second bid for the project and we have
 received two bids.
 Who's this from? Torik. Okay our first bid is from Torik they have a lump sum of five thousand
 seven hundred eighty eight hundred seventy two dollars five seven eight eight seven two for the
 base bid yeah or is
 that the lump sum? That is the lump sum bid. Does that include the two all things?
 Contingency of fifty thousand yeah so this is a lump sum bid. Let me see that.
