Sorry, primary plan amendment approval flatwood subdivision amendment three subject properties located at 8640 West Flatwoods Road petitioner bread owning is requesting primary plan final plan amendment approved amendment approval of flatwood subdivision final plan amendment three 4 lots, sorry, totaling 72.81 acres and it's located, as mentioned earlier, 8640 West Flatwoods Road. Original plat was surveyed on May 13th, 2003. Plots 3A and 3B have recently been annexed in town of Ellsville and are zoned Agricultural. Plots 1 and 2 are in Monroe County and are zoned AGR, Agricultural Reserve. Subdivision is accessed from West Flatwoods Road. Lots within the town of Ellisville's jurisdiction will meet all size and dimensional requirements of the unified development ordinance. Pursuant to the UDO, minor residential subdivisions, four or fewer lots. UDO 5.3C, there are no public right-of-ways. Public improvements or utility main extensions proposed are required for a minor subdivision. sidewalks and trails are optional. The Plan Commission action on the primary plat and final plat can be in the form of approval, approval with conditions, denial or to continue the hearing. The Plan Commission has the final say in these matters. It is a staff opinion that the proposed primary plat and final plat amendment will meet all required zoning and minor subdivision regulations. Therefore, staff recommends that the planning commission approve the primary plat and final plat amendment for the Flatwood subdivision, final plat amendment three. And this is the plat.
