So moved. Second. Motion is second. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Any abstaining? Action to pay accounts, payable vouchers, and payroll vouchers. So moved. Second. Motion is second. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Anyone opposed? Anyone abstaining? There are two resolutions this evening, the first of which is resolution 2026, to declare police department equipment as surplus. So this resolution has actually been amended based on a couple of comments that were made by counsel at the last meeting. This is now a resolution authorizing the transfer of TASER devices to the Indiana University Police Department. And the Indiana Code permits the exchange of property between governmental bodies for any amount of property or cash as agreed upon. by the governmental entities and upon each entity passing a substantially similar resolution. So I have been in contact with, I think it's Lieutenant Wilson, can't remember his first name at the IUPD, and he's working with the Indiana University Council office to figure out who on their end needs to sign a resolution. But in any event, so the resolution has been modified to state that the tasers are going to be donated to the IUPD. Okay. And Marshall, are you gonna work with ATF to complete the transfer? You do have to do that in the firearms under the law. We'll do whatever we need to do. There you go. Okay. Any one questions about resolution 26-2025? Motions, resolutions 26-2025. I move approval of resolution 26-25. Do you clear police department equipment as surplus? Second. Motion to second, roll call when you're ready. Scott Oldham? Yes. Dan Swaffer? Yes. William Ellis? Yes. Pamela Samples? Yes. Motion passes. Next resolution is resolution 28, 2025, approving certifications for the town. And again, this resolution has been amended from the last meeting and what I have added are the certifications for the police department. I have added a section two with regard to Ellisville firefighters because they, by Indiana code and by the Indiana administrative code, have certain certifications they can qualify for. So under section two, I put some language in there saying that the firefighters will receive certification for training education as mandated by the Indiana code and the Indiana administrative code. questions concerning Resolution 28 2025. Supervisors feel got all of them taking care of in here. Is there action on Resolution 28 2025? I'll move to approve Resolution 28 20 28-2025 authorizing payment for certifications earned or maintained by town employees. Second. Scott yes, Dan Swaffer. Yes, William Ellis Pamela samples motion passes Kind of a rare evening. There are no ordinances on first reading. There's no ordinances on second reading. There is no old business There is no new business or not privilege of the floor anyone having business for the council not part of our packed agenda for this evening Seeing no one in chambers or online we'll move now to supervisor comments I just want to let you all know that opening October 1st is the call for projects for the community crossings grants. And I'll be probably putting a few streets on there. It'll be the only call for 2026. And that's the way it is going to be going forward. from start to finish, but instead I'll just go ahead and say great job on the fall festival. Further council comments?
