Call this meeting to order and pledge of allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Our heavenly father, we come before you again tonight and we thank you so much for this little board we have. We thank you for all the citizens we serve. We thank you for the privileges we have here in Elchville. We ask you to continue to bless us the way you see fit. Gracie, saying Jesus name, amen. Roll call. Let the record show that all members are present except that Ronnie Van Dievender. Noted. Is that right? Yeah. Yeah. We're trying to take notes. I didn't get the recorder, so Serena's going to try to get a little form here we're filling out. There's some expenditures. You want to take a look at them? Mostly now is it is the electricity. We're not spending much money on Other things so I entertain a motion to approve accounts payable We'll go a little slower makes make sure hey Laura gets them all in there been a motion made Laura roll call Jimmy Durnall. Yes, Laura Haley. Yes, Katie Michael. Yes, I made a better absent Emily Kelly. Yes a review of organizational plan. The plan last Wednesday night went two to one in favor with the township board and three to one, I think, with the town board. PAM samples wasn't there. So that's not quite what we envisioned. There's two more. two more meetings to approve, and that's Wednesday the 10th, and then the 22nd of June is the second meeting for the town, and that'll be the final approval then. So if that goes through, then they send it off to the state, and the state makes their recommendations and changes, and then it goes on the ballot in November. So have any of you heard anything? I haven't heard many people talk about it, actually. So I'd say- I feel like a lot of people were talking of like months ago on Facebook, but it's kind of died off a little bit. I'm afraid it's going to be a very few vote. It's going to be a little turnout, midterm election. Maybe not with midterms. I don't know. OK. I put ideas, but of course we don't have much to do with the 4th of July. So I want to make sure you're aware that fireworks is on the 4th of July. If you and your family want to come up and stay at the police station, we have plenty of room there. And like I say, they're going to have the fireworks and I think you have some. Some. I guess what they call food trucks. Yeah, I think you're on a food truck. So looks like maybe pretty good. It always is a good time so. The next two are really together. I'll read. what Ricky just sent me. He was supposed to be here tonight and he couldn't make it to the last minute, but let me read what he sent me. I wasn't able to make it to the meeting tonight as an update I have. Got pickleball net repaired and up in legal height, so it was damaged somehow. It didn't look really like, it kind of did look like vandalism. I wanted to say it wasn't, but maybe somebody just accidentally got into it. Got the pickleball net repaired and up in legal height. Got the holes in the netting alongside the front of the stage covered with new netting. Got the registration for the 5K, that's what I was trying to think of, the 5K race up and running. Several have already registered. We are a featured MAG-7 series race this year. Have the 5K race signed up for chip training or chip timing. He explained that to us last time. Got three signed stands for the 5K race made and painted. Pardon my voice, by the way. Picked out colors for this year's 5K race t-shirts and created an order account on NIDAL promotions. I'll send Kip a text to see if he can get the electricity stage turned on so I can power wash the court. Hope you have a good meeting. So you can't say enough good about Ricky. He's really done a lot for us. I really hate it that he's thinking about pulling out. So yeah. Yeah. Okay. Uh, next meeting is July the sixth. Any problems meeting that day? We can change the meeting date. We have enough. We have a week to change it. So I will be out of town until the fifth. So I think I'll be back. I think it should be fine. OK, let me know. Maybe we can change it to the Sabbath town. That's not a big deal. Public comment. Do you have any public comment to tell us? Olivia, do you have anything to say? What do you have to say? You have anything to say? Are you going to color? OK, I'll entertain a motion to adjourn. I'll make a motion. Thank you. Thank you. Laura. Jimmy journal. Yes. More hail. Yes. Katie Michael. Yes. Absent. Emily Kelly. We are adjourned.
