I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Our Heavenly Father, we just pause for just a minute here to thank you for this wonderful talent we serve. We thank you for the health that we have. We thank you for everything you do for us. We ask you to be with us tonight in our meeting and be with our employees and the special people that we serve. We ask these things in Jesus' name, amen. Road call, June Journal, present. Order of health. Here. Ron Ben-Evers, present. Katie Michaels. Here. Annalee Kelly. Here. Five accounted for. I gave you the accounts payable too, Ron. Can you dig them out there for me? Okay, there's no accounts payable in there? Okay, we'll cover that next meeting. Okay, review of organizational plan. The organizational plan for the reorganization has not changed. There's still, We're still in the budget process. We had a meeting today on that. It's been, of course right now we have to budget yay and nay budgets and it's been kind of tough on people but we're making it through it all right. Fall festival's coming up right now. We don't have anything that's really responsible for the fall festival. I don't know if they'll have us do a booth or not. I'll check and see what's going on there. Next meeting will be September the 8th, that's a Tuesday. Is that gonna work out for everybody? And we have visitors' comments. Ricky, what do you got after that? Three quick things. The race is going pretty good. This is this year's colors for the race. Ron, did you ever check to see if you could get me a Gator or a... We'll have something. Maybe two of them if you need it. One would probably be good. I got Noelle said she would help me volunteer. And then between her and my wife and my son and my neighbor, could use another volunteer too if you know anybody who wants to help out. But we'll do chip timing this year. People already signed up so that looks good. The pickleball day. I've been going out and keeping an eye on it. I had a couple of emails. People called me or sent me an email about it. It was kind of sagging a little bit, which it was. But I fixed that. It took a lot of work. Because the crank doesn't live to work. It's badly designed. It's soft in there. So when you crank it so hard, certain tension, it won't crank. But I put blocks in there. I went to check it yesterday. It still looks pretty good. But you're going to have to know whether or not You want me to purchase a new net pole system. It's the standard socket size. So probably any, I don't want to buy that product again. But any other ones would quite fit because those are standard ground socket size. So you just have to let me know. If you think there's enough people using it, that would. That's quite big. Oh, that'd be a problem. I think the lotion's been up to $150 to get it fixed. Is that enough? Will that do it? That won't do it? But it would be, I can try to find what you need. All right, so I'll look on it and try to get the cheapest thing I can on that. So that's taken care of. I got the Heritage Center, is that what you call it? Reserved for November the 17th for like 10 o'clock on Saturday because I'm having a fitness trainer and physical therapist come in because I thought I'd have like is fitness and trying to lay off the donuts. I'll have fruit cups, bagels, and then the fitness trainer will tell me, I got to have donuts, that's okay, some coffee. And then people can come and they'll both answer questions about injuries, sports injuries, and different exercising and what to do. Is that the same day as the race? No. Oh. That's this November. November, okay, okay. And so I say, she's a fitness trainer he's a retired physical therapist. So he'll talk about sports injuries and then she'll talk more specific about training. So I'll try to get the word out early and I'll ask people if you have questions, email it to me so she can come prepared for some questions already ahead of time and then she can take spontaneous questions at that time. So I'm trying to think of stuff to do that doesn't require a whole lot of manpower that I can pull off. What time do you have on that scooter? That's 10 o'clock. 10 o'clock. I already reserved it. I have to be out by, I think, 11.30. 11.30? Because you said that someone, that way someone can have it for the afternoon thing. I'm trying to still get a golf thing set up, but the person I'm going to use on that, he's really pretty busy. You know, they try to do what they call it when you try to recruit people and all that. It seems like he never has much downtime, but I'll probably get something like that going. And if you can think of anything else, I'll try to do, try to be open to do his stuff. What kind of golf thing? I like the screen. It's a little clinic, you know, where people can come and he can talk about chipping and putting and all that sort of thing. Same thing, he has some coffee. But I don't have that particular yet. But I do have this other day reserved for November the 17th. Have you talked to the bank about parking yet? OK. I need to go in there. But I was going to ask you first before. I don't want somebody to throw anything at me. But I did make some signs. I made this big sign that says LSL 5K, do not park when people say bank parking. OK. And I've got that on a stand. And I'll put that right at the edge between Ferrell and the bank. And I'll go in there and I'll say, look. This year, I even put on the website description, do not park at People's Safe Bay. So I'll tell them I'll do everything I can. I don't know what else I could do other than having somebody positioned there. How is anybody positioned? You're going to know if people are going to the bank, they're going to the race. Well, before nine, you know they're going to the race. But if it's after nine, it could be. But this side would be clearly visible. It would be right there. So I'll come in here and I'll tell them, hey, sorry for last year. We didn't intend for anybody to park in there. So you want me to go in there? Yeah, let me know when you go in there. I like it with you. If not, you can just go in yourself. I'll go in there and talk to them. But Farrell always just parked in there. I'm still trying to get home. put that church there, Luther Church, get them to call me back, because that would be a good place for people to park in. And then I've got the dental clinic in Edwards, because I always ask people before people park in here. And then people can walk over from Marcy Jane Lewis Park. I guess there are a lot of people here. They're not that far. And then I'll get with you later about I can have traffic control again at that intersection. Yeah. Just let me know. Remind me again. You'll start to race again, right? Do I? You'll start to race again. I'll start to race for you again. Yeah. All right. That's a lot of it. OK. Board members, do you have anything? The only thing I have, I spoke with our clerk treasurer about secretary notes and stuff. that Serena will be taking care of the actual typing out of everything. She'll get that off of Katz and also I have a recording for that. And also paying me is not legal for that. I came up tried to get some information about it, and that's the information I got. So that's the way we're gonna do it. She didn't have any minutes for us tonight then, for tonight? No. I think she did, but I don't know if she got them in time. Okay, I'll check tomorrow. We've been gone for three weeks, so I didn't really have been around to check on anything. Yeah, you brought back this Alaskan rainy weather. I know, yeah, yeah. Okay. All right, thanks for I appreciate you checking on that. We have a guest here want to say something. I have nothing on the record. Okay. But you're interested in parks board. Yes. Okay. My name is Lane Elliott. I'm an independent parking recreation consultant. And I've been talking to Mike, it's a no well, but the potential of coming park system master plan, because that's what I do. So in the community, so I didn't come from... You live here in Ellisville? I live just outside of Ellisville, just over on Maple Grove Road. Okay. So I want to put a proposal for that job, and so I'm trying to get as prepared as I can before that time comes. What would your last name be? Elliot. Two L's, two T's. Thank you. I'm just trying to learn more about you and get to know you. Thank you for coming. I drugged my wife and brother-in-law up here tonight, so we have little people in the... All right, we have nothing for a motion. Is there a motion to adjourn? All right. Ronnie? I'll second. Oh, you're seconding? I wrote you first. Why don't you get your chest together down there? Thank you for coming.
