We are going to call to order the meeting, the joint adoption meeting of the Richland Township Board
in the town of Ellsville Town Council. We're gonna move into this evening. The first part of the order
is Richland Township Resolution 01, 2026, a resolution to establish Ellsville Richland Township Fire
Protection Territory and adopt the Ellsville Richland Township Fire Protection Territory Agreement.
Cook, is there anything you wanna say about this? Thank you, Chairman. Darrell and I both looked this
over. She and I both have been involved in fire territory proceedings before, and we find it legally
in order and before this body. Okay, thank you. And let me back up a minute just for a bit of housekeeping.
I'll certify that there's a quorum present from each of the two boards, and that this is the fourth
meeting. There were three meetings before this as hearings, pending this adoption for public input.
This will be the adoption meeting where we either
begin to establish the territory or decline the territory. So we'll move back to the agenda item that
I originally called the Richland Township Resolution 01, 2026. Well, I'll move to approve Richland Township
Resolution number 01-2026, a resolution to establish the Ellisville Richland Fire Protection Territory
and adopt the Ellisville Richland Fire Protection. Sure, I think this has to be done. This is a township
resolution, so it has to be moved.

The next item I gotta give you this. I'm not exactly sure what we're doing with it. Elseville Richland
Township Fire Protection Territory Agreement. There will be two separate votes with the Township Board
voting first, and should it be adopted, then it would go to the Town Council for separate. This is for
the Equipment Replacement Fund, correct? No, this is the Fire Protection Territory Agreement. The Equipment
Replacement Fund is coming up next. Okay. All right. Well, I apologize.
We just don't have any resolution numbers. Yeah, we don't have resolutions or anything else listed.
