What we do today will be a vote that has to be ratified on the 15th of January, and I just want to make
sure for the record that that happens. But
I'm going to go ahead and move approval of the claims docket for counts payable January 8th, 2026 and

Good afternoon. The accounts payable claims docket for January 8th, 2026 totals $6,181,460.27. This
includes all emergency claims and adjustments. The payroll docket for December 23rd, 2025 includes
$1,655,755.88. An indirect
and the remaining $706,389.85 were for indirect costs for a grand total of $2,632,330.83. All right.

for indirect costs for a grand total of $2,309,499.83.
