The Health Department does offer free walk-in blood pressure screenings for the public. And lastly, we are still transitioning our vaccination services. The Morgan County Health Department does have vaccines available. You can call 765. 3-4-2-6-6-2-1 for an appointment. All right, thank you so much. Any comments or questions? No, thank you. And then the only other update is that we have an election board meeting today at 1 30. Alright, thank you guys. Thank you so much. Alright, Ms Ridge. Good morning. So I want to acknowledge our Retiring County Highway Engineer Paul Satterly. He's been with the county for 10 years. He's brought a lot of knowledge, a lot of experience to the county. He's done a lot for us and a lot of our big infrastructure projects that were completed while he was here. So I just wanted to wish him well and thank him for everything that he's done for Monroe County, especially helping me. Thank you, Mr. Satterly. I appreciate it. Congratulations on your retirement. Excellent. Anything else on any storm updates or anything or? So we're still working on most of the roads. I think we have widened over the last week. There's still a lot of snow out there. It's gonna be almost 50 next week. So we hope we're gonna have some melting. But then again, we go into potholes and flooding and everything else that goes with that. So we appreciate everybody's patience through this storm. I know there's been a lot of frustration. It's been a lot. So I know the city is working hard too to get their streets cleared. It's just hard to push that much snow and get it out of the way for the traveling public. But that's our number one goal. And I think our guys succeeded in doing that. I think they did a great job over the last week, and especially the long hours that they worked during the storm event. Great. Thank you so much. And thanks again to yourself, Mr. Turner, and the crews that really got a lot done in really unenviable circumstances. So really appreciate that. Does any other department have an update for us today? Seeing none, we'll move on to our next agenda item. This is public comment. It's for items that are not on the agenda. We ask each commenter to limit their time to three minutes per person. And we ask that you provide your name and county of residence when you begin speaking. You raise your hand on teams or come to the podium. see none, we'll move on to our next agenda item, please. I would like to approve the minutes from January 29th, 2026. I will second that motion. Comments or questions? Thank you. I don't either. Let's see if there's any public comments on this item. You can raise your hand on teams or come to the podium. Being none, all those in favor of approving the claim stock and accounts payable February 5th, 2026 and payroll February 6, 2026 signify by saying aye. Aye. Motion carries. twenty twenty five twenty two zero. I'll note for the record we've received reports from the clerk of the circuit court for December twenty twenty five. From the treasurer for December twenty twenty five and weights and measures for January twenty twenty six and we'll move on to new business next. I would like to move to approve the Indiana office of court services court reform grant program agreement funds name court reform grant funds I will second that. Good morning. Good morning. How are you today? My name is Jama Chandler. I'm the deputy court administrator with the Monroe County Circuit Courts and the circuit court have applied for and were awarded a court reform grant in the amount of $12,453. This is a statement for a three year maintenance agreement for our digital signage in the justice building. The display allows for our hearing times and our courtroom assignments to be displayed for parties that come in to know where they need to go. So the maintenance agreement includes our annual software license and support services for the years 26, 27, and 28. Thank you so much. Comments or questions? No, this is awesome. And so without these types of technology, I think people entering the courtroom would be a lot more confused. And it just helps make things more efficient. Thank you. I'm glad you got this. Fund name, cumulative capital, fund number 1138 in the amount of $10,000. I will second that, Dr. Baden. Good morning. Hello, commissioners. Yeah, so today I'm just here to seek a renewal of our contract with Cultivate Geospatial. We've been working with them for this to be going on three years. They've been doing some tremendous assistance with us to get different departments databases integrated into our GIS. A lot of this is kind of converting languages. And so we, the last year, a big push we had was trying to get the health departments access database integrated into our SQL Server environment. And it's kind of like taking German and converting it to Mandarin, essentially. So they're assisting us with that and then also with just kind of deploying new software updates and things of that nature. It's a great relationship. They're Indiana based and yeah, that's essentially it. It's all French to me. Yeah. Comments or questions? No, this makes perfect sense. I appreciate the analogy. And again, it's just getting these programs to talk to each other. Thank you. Yeah. Excellent. Thank you so much. Mr. Crone, did you have anything you wanted to add? No, you're good. Okay, excellent. All right, thank you. Great, let's see if there's any public comment on this item. Raise your hand on teams or come to the podium. Thank you. Next item, please. I would like to move to approve Financial Solutions Group annual TIF reports, fund names, Bloomington Township Corridor, Curry Profile, Fullerton Pike, and Westside. Fund numbers 4921, 4934, 4922, and 4923 in an amount not to exceed $22,000. I will second that. Mr. Cockrell. Yeah, yeah, first of all, The 4923 is a debt service fund for the West Side TIF. It really should be 4920, which is the general fund for the West Side TIF. But these are five different agreements. Four of them are for annual reports for our four TIF districts, which are the West Side Economic Development Area, the 46th Corridor, Economic Development Corridor, the Curry Profile TIF, and the Fullerton Pike TIF. These are required to be done annually and we submit it to the The redevelopment commission will then submit it to the county council and then get it also in the state's gateway system. And the fifth contract is for continuing disclosures because we have privately sold bonds in our west side economic development area. We have to do a continuing disclosures as long as they're out and those should be in place until about 2040. Thank you so much. Comments or questions? No, this makes sense. Yeah. Any public comment on this item? You raise your hand in teams or come to the podium. Commissioner Madera. We need these contracts for when the need is unforeseen. And so I think it's inevitable that we're going to have those moments. Any public comment on this?
