I will second that, Mr. Crider. I'm due to the duration of this project. I've typed up a little update. I'd like to read your OK justice building building controls project update the justice building controls project continues to progress with the majority of the building's major mechanical equipment now integrated into the new building management software. BMS. The remaining work primarily involves transitioning the individual hardware components from the existing control system to the new system. These devices regulate airflow and temperature within the individual areas of the building. This transition has become necessary due to failing controls and the proprietary nature and inability to host the previous BMS software. Any capable controls tech can work on the new hardware and software. The controls installations are being completed in phases generally in groups of targeted units. This approach is intentional and takes into consideration that the justice building remains fully operational throughout the project. By addressing smaller groups of units and managing specific zones, a contractor can complete the work while minimizing disruption and avoiding the need for full building or large area shutdown. This phased approach will continue through the remainder of 2026 and is expected to extend into the early part of 2027. This allows work to progress at a manageable pace while maintaining normal building operations. This request is to approve the proposal submitted by HFI in the amount of $49,700 to provide software engineering hardware installation for new controls serving various variable air volume boxes and radiant heaters, offices and courtrooms at the Justice building. Thank you so much. That was informative. Anything you want to add or questions? No, I think that was very good to get that update. And thank you so much for kind of shepherding this project through to. Yeah, it's it is an important part of of maintaining our building and another expense that we have to do it.
