I'd like to call to order this meeting of the Monroe County Stormwater Management Board. It is Thursday,
November, Thursday, December 4th, 2025. And we will start out by asking for any public input on for
items that are not on the agenda. There's no one in the Nat U Hill room who
is likely to ask questions. Is there anyone? Doesn't look like there's anyone on Teams. So we'll move

and we'll move on to the stormwater expenditure report for October of 2025. Yes. Do you have any questions
about it since we're running? If anybody needed anything? I would suggest that maybe we just get a review

too many eyebrows.
Then we'll move on to business. The first order of business is Redbud Heights Drainage Improvement Project,
a bid award recommendation. Yes, so we opened bids for Redbud Heights on November 13th at the Highway
Garage at 1 PM. Milestone was the lowest, most responsible bid. So we are asking for your recommendation
to the commissioners for awarding the bid to Milestone.
Thank you. Are there any questions or comments? I guess just the amount. So when we make the recommendation,
we can include that. Let me pull it up. It was $357,650. Here you go. I'll make the motion to approve
the Redbud service agreement at $357,650.
and that's with milestone contractors. And just one comment, since this is gonna be a very short meeting,
if the public is curious why we're moving and able to move at this pace is because we've been reviewing
this and we're anticipating this bit coming in. And that's why we kind of have this special, I wouldn't
call it special meeting, but this out of normal scheduled meeting to approve it by the end of the year.
commissioners approved it just hot off the presses uh contingent on uh our approval as a stormwater
board yeah yeah public comment all right is there any public comment on this item seeing none all in
favor of the redbud heights drainage improvement project please bid award please say aye aye motion carries
And next is staff reports. Yes, we are making good progress on our Stipp Road improvement project. You'll
note here that there was a utility invoice that we received quite late. That was due to some staff turnover
at Smithville utility, so they didn't send the corrected invoice, which matches our agreed upon amount.
This was heard at your November 13th
commissioners meeting as well. So just we met prior to that. So we're bringing it to you now just so
that you are in the loop and it's on the record here. Thank you. And there are no further comments,
questions. This meeting is adjourned. I had just one comment and I kind of like this schedule. I'm not
sure if like it would be so unpredictable to maybe kind of meet or if it's too much of a commitment
to kind of put the meeting after your commissioner meeting but if people are amenable maybe indicate
that to erica and maybe when we look at the meeting dates it's up to you i just like it so if you guys
like it for us it's up to you guys on your schedule
We have the first meeting of 2026 is set for January 7th. That is continuing the Wednesday at 3.30.
I can bring you two sets of dates at that point. Then you can vote on at that point. But the only other
consideration is the elections board meets 1.30 on Thursdays. We might have to move it to a different
Thursday because theirs is only the
the first Thursday of the month. So if we don't do this on the first Thursday of the month, but we will
